Mrs. Rosalind Booker helped my parents buy their FIRST home almost 20 years ago.. 20 years later and she helped my husband and I find our FIRST home, too!! That should say enough on how AMAZING she is! Rosalind is very personable, friendly, honest, and knows what she is doing. She explained so much of the home buying/looking process, and made it easy for us to understand. We had so many questions and she was with us every step of the way. I chose Arbrook Realty to broker my home purchase and I’m so happy I did. My broker, Rosalind Booker, was amazing. She anticipated all of my needs and dealt with all the common issues that arise during the home buying process. The result was a seamless home purchase that provided me with the perfect home in my favorite area. I’d like to add that much of the time prior to closing I was out of town, including during the open house. Rosalind offered to attend the open house in my stead and virtually show me all the details. She pointed out elements I would have overlooked. Overall, without Rosalind’s expert knowledge, proactive communication, and swift efficiency, I would’ve have missed out on securing my first choice home for a great price.
