If we could give him more stars, we would!We used Tony to sell our house flip in a mistimed market. We went into the process extremely worried because we knew we had just transitioned out of a sellers market and into a buyers market. We had dealt with several agents beforehand and had been soooo misguided.To tell a long story short, whether you are buying or selling, you NEED a good agent representing you.. it can make the difference of thousands of dollars.We are thankful to have had Tony come to the rescue when he did - he got the house under contract and sold before we had even anticipated. Our biggest regret was not using him sooner!
