    We were shopping for a home at the low end of the price spectrum and these always go fast. Ann and Jill were super responsive and quick to get us showings even though they had to juggle their schedule to fit ours. Their quickness and experienced guidance on creating an offer helped us get an amazing home on the third try. We are now so glad the first two did not work out. This one is so superior! They are a fantastic team and I doubt that there is an individual out there who offers as much wisdom and ability to guide as the combination of these two. Its a war out there. (landing the right place before others snatch it). Dont go into battle with anything less than Ann & Jill!

I often felt as if we were their only client, even though that wasnt the case, because they treated us so well and got back to us so quickly.     This review has been long overdue! As first time home owners the process of buying can be daunting, especially with a new build and in the middle of a world pandemic. Our anxiety dealing with all the factors was sky high to say the least, however Ann & Jill remained calm, steadfast, and communicative the whole way through. They were always there to answer any question we had, and never hesitated to go to bat for us with the builders. Im happy to say weve enjoyed our first home for going on 3 years now, and its in no small part due to their stellar efforts. We also really appreciate how theyve stayed in contact with us since! Theyre always organizing thoughtful events to help folks mingle and integrate into a new community. Ann & Jill truly have a hands on, caring approach, and we will definitely be using their services if/when we decide to move.

    We contacted Anne and Jill when we were deciding on whether or not to sell out home. They arrived fully prepared with all the comps and information needed for us to see what our home would sell for. They arrived on time, professional and the best part was their caring attitude. Since we were not sure about what we were going to do, they were patient with all our questions and went over all the pros and cons. This was important because, they were not in it just to make the commission money. It was refreshing to have agents that were honest, compassionate and personable. We decided to build and they met with us and with the builder. We had them review everything and moved forward. From the ease of using Marco/Polo to contact each other and see faces, not just a text or email was comforting. In the end, we decided to stay put and cancelled the build. Anne and Jill continued to give us their support in all our decisions and maintained their professionalism. I would highly recommend them for any sale or purchase. They are down to earth, upfront and honest agents. Whenever we decide to move, we will definitely call them!!!

    Jill and Ann are not only true professionals - they actually really care to help you find your perfect home, no matter how long it takes! With us it took just over a year and they never once made us feel like we were a burden. Not only were they sending us new property possibilities, but they would get us information on properties that we found, and asked them to research for us.     The Jill and Ann team is a fierce duo that we are so glad we found!     Here is why I gladly and sincerely told Jill & Ann we were not just in good hands, but the best of hands: anxiety/worry free, kind, professional, truly capable and beyond, friendly, personable, clear communications that include not what you want to hear but what what you need to hear (from the start, thru the close, and mostly what we needed to hear was what we wanted, too!), strategic, considerate, REAL in realtors! I could, and probably will, go on endlessly with praises of these wonderful, professional, but not stuffy, women who know their game and your gain in real estate!Bottom line, we were so well taken care of that it felt like family watching over us and our best interests.To give perspective, we completed 4 real estate transactions over the past three years, but only had Jill & Ann for this last one.     Ann and Jill are simply the best realtors Ive ever had the pleasure of doing business - and Ive bought and sold many homes.They listened to my ideal needs, tailored many selections to match, and then found my dream place - and now Im back to farming. Feels so right.And you know, in this sellers market they didnt have to be so kind, patient and focused. It is tough to find a perfect place, and to find that place, takes amazing realtors who understand the market and also care about their clients. (both parties too - seller and buyer).Another thing I should mention. Jill and Ann were there the entire transaction. Any question was quickly answered - and when I changed lenders for a better deal - they were right on top of all that change. I never felt out of the loop, and they are absolutely solid realtors.
