We interviewed several agents and found Angie and Christine presented a process we most felt comfortable with. They spent several hours discussing and suggesting changes in staging of our furniture and presenting our homes best features. It worked and we sold in four days at full ask. We are very pleased. Best part, since we sold the house so fast, we did not have a home bought or on our radar. Angie spent an entire Sunday looking at homes and we found our dream home with all of the features we were looking for. Angie and her team helped us through a very short escrow focused on our every need. We would highly recommend her.

Angie helped me find my perfect home! As a single, first time home buyer, I was unsure of what to look for or what to ask home builders. All real estate agents are not created equal. Angie is 10 steps ahead of other agents I have worked with. I have worked with her on several different real estate occasions and she has exceeded expectations time in time again. What sets her apart in my eyes is her ability to listen, lay out and openly discuss all options (pros / cons), educate, negotiate, and keep commitments. would recommend her for any new home buyers or anyone wanting to invest in real estate

Today 11/13/23 we closed on the house and Angie Johnson went through whole process with us with such a prophesional approach, she really know the trade and can forsee a lot in few steps ahead advising and reminding us on what has to be done next . This was my first home purchase and Angie explained everything to me step by step. First she took the time to get to know me and what my family needed. She gave suggestions but never pushed me into any decision. Also Angie was always available for us.The best example I have of her helping our family is when we went to see a 3 bedroom home where we thought this could be a possibility to live in. Angie explained that since we didnt have small children in the house, having all the bedrooms on one side of the house wouldnt be a great idea. After thinking from that perspective we knew it was not the right house for us. Angie was not just trying to get the sale but making sure it was the right home for the customer.

I have had experience with a few realtors in my past, but Angie is by far the best. She is not only knowledgeable about the system but she is also helpful and kind. She is truly interested in you as a person and what is best for you and your family and not just the bottom dollar.I the competitive world of real estate, there are lots of people that will just sell your house. Angie understands that its not just about the sell, but also about the experience of parting with your HOME. She is a REAL person who makes you feel like you are a person and not just a contract, and there is a lot to be said about that.I would never consider doing business with anyone else.
