    Angela Phillips, Paragon Realtors in Sherman Texas!!!I have taken some time to give Angela a review because I told her it would not be just a few lines… that would not suffice. I could write a novel on my friendship with Angela and the time we spent together looking for houses as well as our friendship that has continued on afterwards. I cant say that there are no words to describe her because theres actually far too many words to describe how awesome Angela is.Several months before we officially started looking for a house, I was on a journey to figure out just exactly what in the world I was doing. I wanted to buy lots of land, I wanted to have the opportunity to find the perfect piece of property for our future forever home… I didnt know if that meant doing some kind of collaboration with a friend etc. That is how I met Angela. Myself and a friend went to view one of the Angelas listings… this property was amazing! Angela decided to stay with our realtor at the time, to show us the property in detail. It was evident that Angela was the kind of realtor I was looking for. She knew about land, she knew about soil, she knew about ponds, shared easements etc., she knew about all the different exemptions and much much more. She attributed much of her experience and knowledge of land to her father… and attending multiple summits and city meetings. She always wants to have full knowledge so she can bring the best service to future clients.Angela is kind, gentle, yet a straight shooter, shes thorough, timely, diligent, responsible, and the biggest asset to choosing Angela as a realtor… is her heart and her passion to go above and beyond what some consider normal realtor duties. There were multiple times after choosing Angela to be our realtor, that I said to her, Angela… Thats not in your job description. But she knew that she had the knowledge and the expertise to help us in areas that we just did not understand… and she had the resources. Angela knows people. She knows people all over the place. For example, if there was an issue on something… She would be like, ...Oh I know so and so down at the city, let me just call them real quick and find out. Angela and I spent a lot of time together! My husband and I work from home, do everything from home… And we needed to find just the right house for ourselves and our family. We went from wanting lots of land to… can we get a half an acre somewhere in a nice community where our kids can finish school and we can have the privacy that we want. For various different reasons… Angela took us to 26 houses before we landed on the one that we purchased. HA!!! I kept apologizing profusely ;-) She had broken her record with us!! And she never complained. She was so positive… She always mentioned how these were opportunities for her to view different properties and see what else was out there that she wouldnt have seen otherwise. She became a friend. We hung out together, ate together, talked about refinishing furniture together, going to different markets together… She truly became a great friend. A keeper!And it didnt stop there! After purchasing our home in Sherman nearly 2 months ago… we talk regularly about our interests, and I still call Angela to ask questions about the house, and she still takes the time to find the answers for me.!!...because shes a friend, because shes an overachiever.We love Angela… I would recommend her to anyone. We didnt just become new homeowners… I gained a friend for life.Shout out to the listing agent on the property we purchased...Debbie Hudnall!! Her and Angela worked closely together in making our purchase possible. They both paid very good attention to the tiny little details to make it possible for us to close. Also... We could not have done this without our loan officer...Will Austin at Benchmark Mortgage. So much to say about Will but thats for a different review :-) Additional shout out to Red River Title.

    Angela is a pleasure to work with. She works hard for her clients. She is at every inspection walking through the report to make sure they have an understanding.
