We cannot say enough about our experience with Angela. She went above and beyond to make this process very simple for us. We had relocated to DFW about 2 years ago and wanted to find our ideal first home. The big decision was to go with a new build versus existing home. Her knowledge of the market was beyond I’ve ever seen from any realtor. She made the process of finding a home very smooth by taking care of all the details and keeping us organized. I am very careful about my recommendations but hands down I would recommend Angela to anyone interested in buying or selling a home. She also has fantastic relationships and contacts in this industry especially when it comes to builders and contractors. All the builders we looked at couldn’t speak more highly of our realtor which made us feel very confident. If anybody needs a realtor Angela would be the one!

Angela was truly amazing every step of the way! Hey there!Angela has sold three homes for us and was truly amazing every step of the way. In each instance, she guided us in pricing and presenting the homes so that we ended up netting more than expected. She had all the connections needed to get the homes ready to list and was involved in the whole process so that we didn’t have to stress. Due to the exceptional service Angela provides, she is our go-to Realtor.

Angela recently sold our home as well as two of our investment properties. With each listing, she gave expert advice on what we needed to do to make a solid first impression and where we needed to be priced to attract showings. She provided numerous contractor referrals that were needed in the process of getting the homes ready to sell. She then staged and marketed like a pro, with the end result being quick sales and multiple offers, netting us more than expected. Throughout the process, Angela had a solution for everything from start to finish and made each of the 3 transactions unbelievably smooth. She has definitely earned our business and our referrals as well!

In spite of the circumstances, Angela continued marketing aggressively, including using her network to help me find a buyer. In less time than I could have expected, she was able to attract multiple offers on my property, the end result being a cash offer that was over asking price and closed quickly. Angela handled every detail with professionalism and ease, exceeding my expectations for the outcome. Having made the decision to relocate from New Jersey to Texas, it was my good fortune to have been referred to Angela.Quickly, it became obvious, that as regards Real Estate, North Texas is a sellers market - As in HOUSING SHORTAGE!On top of that, I had some unique design requirements, plus, my schedule limited my time in Texas - I would be traveling, with minimum in person availability.Not a problem for Angela.
