Let me start by saying, this review is long over due! My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Andrew through mutual friends due to him and his business being highly recommended. Since the first time we met, Andrew has been an upfront, honest and helpful friend to us. Andrew alongside his team helped us purchase our very first home and we couldn’t be more thankful for that. We really enjoyed working with Andrew. He is driven to help people find not only their home, but financial freedom as well. He has relationships with lenders and title companies that he utilizes to get you the best purchasing power and a flawless closing. When my husband and I started looking for a home we were unable to compete with cash buyers. It was looking bleak but Andrew assured us he would find us a home and that is exactly what he did! He happened to have 2 properties of his own that he was going to put on the market at the 1st of the year. He showed us his houses and we were able to buy a house directly from him before it went on the market with no competition! The whole process was smooth and everything happened just as Andrew said it would. We highly recommend Andrew and plan on doing all of our future purchases with him. Seven years ago my husband came across a flyer for Andrew Clements Realty. That led to us purchasing our first home together with Andrew. Fast forward to three months ago we decided we were ready to buy a second home. There wasnt a doubt in our mind that we wanted to work with Andrew again. We met with Andrew and he provided us with our options in selling our then current home and purchasing a new home. Its not easy to find someone who is both knowledgeable and patient, but Andrew is both of these. Trust me when I say that Andrew is as honest as they come. He will not rush nor try to get you to purchase above your budget. He is willing to address your concerns in a timely fashion. His enthusiasm does not go unnoticed when showing houses that will be a good fit for you. The service you receive from Andrew is rare to encounter when dealing with a sales transaction. I would recommend Andrew to anyone who is serious about purchasing and/or selling their home. After we put our house on the market we received an offer within a week. Then when it came time to look for our home Andrew had researched a potential list of houses to look at. My husband was unable to go so Andrew helped me take pictures and videos so I could show my husband so he could have a sense of the houses. I am sending this review from our new house and I couldnt be happier. Thanks again Andrew and look forward to another transaction in the future.

My wife 1st met Andrew while i was deployed in 2012 and he helped us work on getting our credit to a point we could get a fair deal on a home. The deal was he would help us get our credit up via consulting and reviewing our progress for nothing if we did what he asked, if we didnt he had other folks to help. I came back late 2012 and we hit it off immediately. We had done everything he asked and were in a good position to buy our 1st home in March of 2013. He played it straight and it was a great buying experience. We kept his information and this past Spring decided to sell our 1st home in hopes of getting land in a more country setting. We had raised a number of kids and dogs and knew the house would need some work to get a solid deal. We trusted in Andrew again and took heed of all his advice, used his contractor connections, and put quite a bit into getting the house on the market. It was a little scary hoping to get a solid return on investment, but he didnt let us down. We sold the house at premium rates in less than a month and were ecstatic. Trusting in Andrew once again proved a solid bet. After selling the house he helped us finally find our next home out in the country with land. Weve been here a week and absolutely love the place. I will be using Andrews service for any real estate and broker needs in the future and already thinking about buying this empty 4+ acre lot next to me... He really is the best at his craft and very entertaining in the process.

Andrew Clements Realty is the agency to work with when purchasing a new home. Im self-employed, and tried several times in the past to get approved for a mortgage with no luck. Fast forward many years and I found Andrew. Andrew Clements Realty. He, along with his team of loan officers took me through a process that ensured once I applied for the loan there was little chance I would not be approved. We also closed on the exact date we intended to, which I learned comes down to the right people. If you have had a hard time getting approved or just want to work with someone down to earth with a proven process, I highly recommend. Would give 10 stars if possible.
