Amelia Chappel with Nu Home Source Realty was truly exceptional. I met her through a gentleman that hosted an online first-time home buyer’s seminar. I was impressed with Amelia’s level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with Amelia since I was set on buying a new home and I’m so thankful I did!!!!Amelia was ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. If she didn’t pick up, she always made it priority to respond within 24 hours. Seriously. I purchased a newly constructed home, so it wasn’t a straightforward deal. Amelia advised t to make note of any concerns/questions that I have throughout the process and if she didn’t have an answer shed be sure to find out!!! Amelia reached out to the builder to make sure progress was being made and I wouldn’t have to wait for a long time to move in. She was truly a second set of eyes for me when I couldn’t visit or reach out to the builder. Every step of the way Amelia was there. It was truly a blessing to have her by my side!She did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents as well. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about the pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. She most definitely treated the situation like she was purchasing the home – Amelia will look out for you and have your best interests in mind!!!!!

Fantastic, FANTASTIC!!!! Look no further as you have found the perfect realtor. Amelia went out of her way to help us fine a perfect home for our family. She was willing to show us every home we thought would work for our family over 9 months. I remember one day being so sad about a home I thought would work from what i saw online. As my husband loved all the workshops and garage spaces and acreage, Amelia saw that I was very sad about the house layout. She knew that sometimes clients need to see houses that are not ideal to see the home that is a perfect fit. We are so happy in our new home in a city Amelia suggested to consider that we never thought to look at. She started as our realtor and ended up being a dear friend.

FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY !!!Amelia is absolutely the best Realtor I’ve ever worked with. She tailored her searches to match my needs to a T, was always there to answer questions, super fast in getting things done, has a wealth of knowledge about the market and the business, a great personality and is a real pleasure to work with.Over the course of about 10 months I first started looking for houses or land while I was still trying to sell my home in NM ad that was accomplished I made offers on 3 different properties where the first and second were rather problematic and Amelia was tireless trying to work.with the sellers agents to get issues solved until I finally pulled out of them. Then we found the third one and after getting some minor things fixed we finally closed a week before Christmas.Amelia was there every step of the way and I am very thankful to her and her team to do so much work, never miss a beat and be there for me with initiative, advice and all the help I could possibly need. I highly recommend Amelia Chappel and her team for real estate. Although I have purchased and sold homes in the past, for the past several months, Id been hoping to buy my first long term investment rental. My sister in law referred me to Amelia, after working with 2 other realtors that werent a good fit for my needs in that they were able to show me homes but none were able to give me sound advice throughout the process. Amelia is a realtor/broker and investor with many years experience which enabled her to be an amazing source of expertise, guidance and caution as I reviewed various properties for investment. She helped me identify a good vs bad investment property, high risk/high cost repair issues and where/when/how much to invest in improvements. Additionally, Amelia has a robust network of resources which helped me accelerate inspections, negotiations, legal items and closing. I dont know how I would have made it through this process without her support, coaching and patience along the way. As I expand my real estate portfolio, Amelia will be my realtor of choice for every sale and opportunity.

I truly can’t say enough nice things about Amelia. We stumbled upon her by a yard sign when driving around looking at houses. And wow, am I glad she is the one we were led to and called. In the house hunting process, she took countless calls from us at all hours of the day with zero hesitation. As someone who had a spreadsheet for houses/locations/prices/taxes/etc. and sent it to her - sounds crazy and it is, she didn’t flinch. She has been doing this for many years and it shows. Her knowledge of the metroplex is unmatched. She has extensive knowledge of the loan process, builders/remodels, what to look for, what to be concerned about and more. She made the process easy, answered any and all questions, showed us many many houses around our busy schedules and once we found the house we wanted, she was determined to make it ours. Finding a beautiful home in a dream location meant multiple offers and the possibility of us having to go back to the drawing board. But with Amelia on our side, we had nothing to worry about.
