Amanda is smart, quick and very kind. She has roots so deep in the community and in real estate that you can relax into her experience and know you are well cared for. In some ways shes magic, with vast knowledge and resources outside the mainstream, always within reach. She quickly translated our list of requirements into a house that fits us perfectly. And when it came to negotiations and closing, she was always kind and thoughtful while thoroughly having our back. We could not have asked for a better experience or outcome.

Amanda helped us find our forever home in Central Austin during a very competitive market. She listened to our needs and gave fantastic advice on when, how and how much to offer. Not only was she knowledgeable about the market, she knew a lot about construction, inspection and set us up with a fantastic loan officer. I unfortunately got diagnosed with cancer during the middle of our home buying and Amanda went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I did not get overwhelmed with everything else that was happening. Even after closing, shes helped us with advice on contractors for house maintenance issues. Cannot recommend her highly enough.
