Amanda was an amazing realtor! My boyfriend and I were 1st time home buyers with more questions than answers. There was also an added pressure of us having a short time to look for a home in which Amanda was up for the challenge. I am a worrisome person and Amanda kept me on track reassuring us that we were going to find our forever home & guiding us in the right direction the whole time. Amanda was patient, she took the time to answer ALL of our questions and was proactive in providing us with homes that were in the specific area that we wanted AND were within our price range. She listened to all the little details of the things we wanted (an open floor space, large garage, good school district, lots of yard, etc.) & consistently kept us informed of what the market had to offer by updating the MLS for us to search multiple times a day. When the appraisal came back from the mortgage company and the seller had a moment of hesitation, she took quick action right away! She called the seller and explained what needed to happen on their end. She then conference called us with the mortgage company so that everyone was on the same page and that all of our questions were answered all at once. I truly dont think we could have done this in such a short time with any other realtor and feel so lucky & grateful to have found her when we did. She helped us into making the absolutely best purchase experience weve ever had the pleasure to have. We now have an amazing home that we can be proud of & our daughter Xena (8 month old Pointer) finally has a yard to run & be free in! I am elated from this experience and hope to never fall from this high. Thank you Amanda for making our dreams come true!

Bundle those talents with her positive attitude and marketing talents and it all sums up to successful sales and purchases! If you’re in search of a hardworking realtor, Amanda is the realtor for you! She sold my house in two days! I referred her to my niece and she sold her home in one week! She also negotiated for my niece with the purchase of her newly constructed home! WOW! Amanda is phenomenal!

Amanda did an absolute stellar job in being my realtor. She represented me on the sale of my old home as well as the purchase of my new home. She was extremely knowledgeable on the Dallas market as well as the finance market. She and her team did an exceptional job staging my home and offers started rolling in after only being on the market 5 days. She is an expert negotiator and made sure that I received the best deal possible. Even when we hit some hurdles, she remained steadfast and unshaken from the mission.
