We moved from Colorado to Glen Rose, Tx June 2023. We made an offer on our home without even walking on the property and had never even met Amanda. It was such a scarry venture! Amanda was amazing and held our hand the entire time and was literally our eyes and ears through the whole process! She went above and beyond the typical realtor scope of work. One week before our closing date the A/C in Te as quit working. It was so stressful but she had the brand new A/C installed at the owners expense before we made it to our new home. 108 degree temps on moving day didnt seem so bad with a home that was nice and cool! She even ensured that the home/yard/pool was clean and scheduled the all the workers for us.UNBELIEVABLE!! Amanda worked tirelessly to ensure that our first view of the home was glorious. She is simply amazing.....honest, smart, professional, efficient upbeat through the whole process! We even referred her to our daughter and I NEVER refer anyone!! She has now sold our daughters her home and found her a new one in one month! I would refer her to anyone without hesitation. (btw, this is our 3rd home purchase,so weve had a few other realtors) She is by far the best realor weve had.Thank you Amanda for all of your hard work and for finding us our dream home!
