I can honestly say that purchasing a home is a very stressful and sometimes fearful thing to do. We couldnt have asked for a better Realtor to have been by our side throughout the journey. Allen Deaver was extremely patient, helpful, and communicative through the whole process. Always knew all the information on the homes we saw and gave us his honest opinion about the homes we saw. Extremely happy with everything he did to help us and guide us in the right direction. I would recommend him to anyone looking into buying a home in the area.

For my fiancé and I this was our first home buying experience and Allen could not have made it any better for us. He was amazing in all aspects of our buying process. He knew so much about what went into building the homes and anything we should look out for. Anything that we didn’t understand he was there to walk us through it in all steps of the process. And don’t ever worry about having to wait on Allen he was there waiting for us on all the visits which was awesome as well!
