Being a 1st time buyer, I did not know what to expect or the process of buying a home. Monika explained the process and helped me understand. It was not easy trying to buy from out of state. Monika was great at doing a video walk through at each property we were interested in. When we found the one, she made sure that we were taken care with repairs needing to be made. Not only does she know what she is doing, she also has a lot of resources and that is helpful. We will definitely be working with her for our realtor needs.

Monika is a 10 out of 10 will recommend. Anyone who knows me personally would say I am extremely indecisive and just as picky but she was very patient with me. Monika was able to provide me with an brand new home in a lovely community for a very reasonable price. Being a first time home owner the process can be scary but she advised/supplied me with the most efficient resources. I am forever grateful to Monika for helping me find my forever home!🥰

Monika is so knowledgeable and competent in her field it made the experience of selling our first home seem easy. She’s respectful, professional and a go-getter. She took her time to explain every step of the process and answered every question kindly, even though we probably asked the same things over and over. I very much appreciated having a real down to earth person to help us navigate those uncharted waters. She respected our decisions, never pressured us into anything as we initially were unsure about selling and had a long timeline. She was always on top of everything, we didn’t have to sit and wait for anything on her part. We are going to be recommending her to any friend or family needing to buy/sell a home. Thanks Monika!

I was living in Alaska and got orders moving me to Texas. This put me in an awkward situation because I have a family. To add to the madness I would had to leave for 7 months due to work. This means we had to purchase a home without physically being present. So I decided to reach out to a couple realtors, in which I narrowed it down to 3 individuals. After interviewing the 3 candidates, Monika stood out to me. I am so glad I picked her. She never stopped working to find the perfect home. What stood out most was that she asked things that I have to have in a home. This meant a lot, because with some realtors they are all for just making a sell vs putting someone in the home they want. Although the market was on fire (homes going up for sale then selling either same day or within a week) she constantly reminded us that she would find us our dream home and she delivered. We were able to sign most documents electronically making it very convenient and streamline process. After closing she checked up on us to make sure we are enjoying the house. She even called and to make sure we weren’t safe during the winter storm. That spoke volumes for me and she will always have my business.
