Alicia was amazing to work with. I am more of a DIYer typically, but Alicia really helped us sell our home in a very difficult market when we needed the most help. Her experience and local knowledge of the towns and neighborhoods East of Dallas were extremely valuable. Her contacts and connections really drove traffic through the home. She is definitely not a sit back and let the market come to you type of sellers realtor. She will do the hard work necessary to make sure as many people as possible see your home. She has many effective strategies to make your home look great and get the word out to buyers and buyers realtors. She is very detailed, thorough and organized. I am sure she would be the same as a buyers realtor as well. I highly recommend using her!

Buying our home from out of state was an amazing easy process thanks to our realtor Alicia Underwood.Alicia used video technologies to allow us to have a real-time interactive “in person like” walk-through of the property and house. She walked us through the Buyer & Seller negotiation process and I feel that both of us (buyer/seller) made a fair deal with Alicia’s guidance.Alicia put us in touch with a great property inspection company, our lead inspector “Corey” was extremely thorough, he documented everything and included tons of photos. Our Inspector also came back onsite for a post Texas winter storm inspection to ensure the property did not have freeze damage. She also suggested local specialty brokers for Insurance and Electricity needs, this saved time and monies, which is always goodness.I could write a book on all of the little and major details Alicia guided us through, she is truly knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of the home buying process. We are extremely fortunate to have had her represent us.Five Stars is not enough, Alicia clearly earned twice the Stars.Best Regards, Bruce

The original home I had in mind, the seller was being represented by a colleague of hers so he put me in touch with Alicia and I’m so glad he did! While that home didn’t end up being “the one” she and the entire team continued to help me through the process, working around my crazy work schedule, and all the headaches that come with self employment. When I would be overwhelmed and pull back, they would reach out. None of them were overbearing or pushy, but so very helpful. I really appreciated the extra hand holding through the entire process and the follow up. Not only did we find the perfect home, I made a few new friends along the way.
