Alice was a huge help with our transition to Austin. We were moving form another state and she was able to help us find a rental property while we waited for our home to be built, which she also helped us with. She was responsive and went out of her way to conduct showings via video since we lived out of state. The whole process was seamless from beginning to end, and she always did it with a smile!

We have used Alicia Smith to sell our last home and to buy our current home. We will never use anyone else. We felt like she was on our side and genuinely cared about what was best for us, not just about her paycheck. We were ready to accept an offer and she felt like we could do better.
