I cannot say enough great things about Alexis! As a real estate agent she is knowledgeable, efficient and goes above and beyond for her clients. She was great at communicating and proved to be a wonderful liaison between myself and the homeowner. Alexis ensured the transition between agent, client and owner was seamless and was thoughtful enough to ensure I was happy even after the move-in day. Absolutely phenomenal.We had a particularly frustrating experience with the agent overseeing a particular house for literally weeks. The lack of responses were nerve-racking, and our timeline was getting tight, but we really liked this particular house, and other houses were falling through or just didnt match what we were looking for.When we contacted Alexis about a different home that she was overseeing and she told us that it had just come off the market, she offered to help us if we needed anything.Not kidding; within an hour, she had secured an application, and we started getting responses from the other agent. We stuck with Alexis to the end, and she did a phenomenal job walking us through the process, getting our questions answered timely, resolving all of our concerns with the current homeowner, and making sure we were taken care of.This move was so stressful, and she took so much weight off our shoulders and was refreshingly responsive and sweet. Alexis is the first person were going to call if we ever need anything again!Thank you so much Alexis!
