I put my property for sale through three different Realty companies. The first two wouldn’t follow through with their promises and really didn’t advertise my property. My property sat unsold or shown for about a year and a half. I called Alexis up and asked if she wanted to give it a shot and if she would do a way better job listing the property where people can find it. She was very optimistic and had a professional cinematographer come out to the ranch they took photos and made a video. The video trended across many platforms having over 1.5 million views. It only stayed on the market for about six months. A buyer saw the pictures and video fell in love with it. I got full asking price. Definitely would recommend.
