Where do I even start. I was selling my first home and Alex was so patient. He also is very responsive, even if he is busy, he will shoot you a text to acknowledge you and that he will get back to you. He marketed my house so well, it contracted in 14 days. The entire process was so easy, I am probably spoiled forever now. Alex is also so kind and encouraging and he is always calm and positive, ready with solutions and he immediately earns your trust by how great he is. His energy is infectious. Alex listened to my situation and came up with a good strategy on what the next steps would be. He gave good advice, I felt I was in good hands and I felt hopeful. Well, he did something amazing before we listed it and within days of our initial conversation. He started marketing my home throughout his network. He was excellent at keeping me updated on any leads he had. One day, soon after I decided to sell, Alex connected with someone who had a buyer and was looking for a house like mine.
