We met Alex at an open house many years ago, and have never looked back! Over the years we have purchased and sold many homes through Alex, and we have not hesitated to recommend him to everyone we know. He is thorough, detail oriented and has become a close friend. Alex and I connected via an email because he saw that I was looking at properties listed by his company. He reached out to me asking if I was interested in moving and if so, what I was looking for. He sent me listings based on the criteria that I shared with him as far as wants, wishes, and prices. This went on for a few months until my kids were out of school, and I was able to bring my family down to the Austin Area to visit properties.Alex showed me homes that met my family’s needs, and he took me from Leander to Dripping Springs and everywhere in between. He never gave his opinion of the home but did answer any questions that I had such as HOA, school district tax rates etc. I share this because Alex knew the answers and was very informative. Fast Forward after spending a minimum of a hundred hours, we found the home of our dreams. Alex was instrumental in negotiating the offer and even found us temporary housing until our home was finished being built. I’ve bought and sold 7 houses in my lifetime, and I’ve never met a realtor with more knowledge, passion, and professionalism then Alex.

Alex was an absolute fantastic agent and resource for our move from California to Austin! We could not have done it without him and his exceptional service and great attention to detail sets himself apart from other agents. We’ve used several real estate agents in the past, but Alex was simply outstanding. He patiently introduced us to many different neighborhoods in the Austin area so we could get a better idea of which area would best suit our needs. Always available and highly communicative, Alex did a great job finding some wonderful homes for us to see despite the Austin market having so little inventory. After losing a few homes due to frustrating multiple offer situations, an amazing thing happened! Alex called us at 9am one morning to let us know that a buyer had just backed out of a new construction home which was just 2 weeks away from being completed. He urged us to see the home immediately because he said other buyers were also interested and the house would most likely be gone by the end of the day. We rushed to see the home a couple of hours later. It turned out that the home was perfect for us and we purchased it! The best part? We were able to move into our brand new home about 3 weeks later despite some buyers having to wait 8+ months for their homes to be built! We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Alex. He provided calm and intelligent guidance during the months-long process of searching for a home in the greater Austin region during a period when the market was on fire and many homes were being bought well above listing price. After multiple bids met with unsuccessful results, a home came on the market in a new development -- a rarity. It was Alexs dogged dedication and sharp eye -- and quickness -- that landed my wife and me an appointment to visit the almost-completed property. It was a hit. We put in an offer the following day and all went smooth from there. We are so blessed to have worked with such a levelheaded Realtor, someone who never seemed overwhelmed or pressured.
