Where do I even begin? My wife and I got married in December 2023, and never in our wildest dreams did we think wed be homeowners before our first anniversary. Our lease was up, and while we weren’t in a huge rush to leave our apartment, the idea of owning a home started to grow on us. With so many realtors out there, choosing the right one felt overwhelming. But after speaking briefly with Alan about our interest in becoming homeowners and starting our investing journey, he immediately reassured us that he would take care of us. We met for coffee, keeping it relaxed and casual, and from the start, we could tell Alan was committed to making our dream a reality. He listened carefully to what we wanted, and in just one day, we toured six homes. Alans guidance was invaluable as we sorted through the homes, sharing our likes and dislikes. He took everything we said into account, assuring us he would make it happen.From there, the experience just kept getting better. Thanks to his expertise, we were able to negotiate repairs and make sure everything was in place.The entire experience was smoother than we ever imagined. It felt like we were just hanging out with Alan, while he took care of all the hard work behind the scenes. The home buying process can be stressful and a bit scary but working with Alan made things a lot easier. Alan was very clear from the beginning on what to expect and expressed sincere support to what I was looking for. Any questions I had he was able to answer them and explained them well.
