Let me start by saying we had many many different realtors and John was the final one. After years of searching for a good deal we were constantly told “lower your standards” or “you are going to have to settle!” However, John never once to settle for less or told us to lower our standards. He even helped us back out of a bad deal due to some rules in an HOA document that didn’t align with what we wanted. He was the FIRST realtor we dealt with that felt like he was on our side, not after our money. He was honest, even if you wanted to hear approval from him on a house he openly shared his concerns. I’d rather have a truthful realtor than a discount salesman trying to entice me into a bad deal. It truly felt as if a friend, with many years of experience, helped us buy a house.I still remember when he found us “the great deal” we have now. He immediately called us and was excited to let us know what he found for us. He quickly set up a last minute tour and helped us make different decisions to get the best deal possible. Truly, we were on the verge giving up our dream of owning a home. Now, as I sit and type this review, we sit in a BRAND NEW 4 bedroom 2 bath home in a PRIME area with several upgrade options and discounts. The biggest help we got was he put us in contact with a lender that had an EXTREMELY low 4.99 interest rate while the average is like 7.8%. Thank you from me, my wife and pup, you have been amazing through this whole process!
