Abbey was recommended to us from a very close friend on mine. From the very beginning, Abbey was so consistently helpful. She helped us in so many different ways and is still helping us even after closing on our home! Abbey has an incredible amount of knowledge obviously of buying homes but also maintaining homes! She was incredibly honest and gave us an abundance of wisdom on the homes we looked at. She made sure we knew all the facts and she worked hard digging for them! She is so personable and friendly. She never made us feel uncomfortable or unreasonable. She is simply wonderful! We are very grateful for the opportunity of having her as our realtor! We would love to work with her again if the opportunity arises! And we certainly would recommend her 1,000,000%!

Abbey went out of her way to make sure that our house was presented in the best way to buyers. We had some crazy times since we were trying to sell the house and move out of state at the same time, but Abbey was a master at juggling all the demands and working with us remotely! She was able to refer us to contractors in the area when we needed to make repairs and her network of support (e.g., title company, etc.) are also amazing!

This was our first time buying a home and Abbey did everything she could to make it a smooth process and explain all of the unknowns to us. She was very honest about all the homes we looked at and whether or not she felt they were a good fit for our family. I cant recommend Abbey and magnolia realty enough.
