What started as a dream has now become a reality for my Family and I want to say it is all thanks to my realtor and now friend Mr. Aaron Plumlee.He is not only a great realtor, but he is also an exceptional person. We went through a lot of ups and downs through this process, and he was right next to us to guide us and get us to the finish line.I would highly recommend Aaron as he is the most highly skilled and knowledgeable real estate I have ever met. We used Aaron as our Realtor on both sides of selling our home, and also in helping us buy our new one. Without hesitation, my experience and opinion of Aaron deserves the full 5 stars of this review. From the initial consultation all the way through both successful closings, he exhibited a level of professionalism and expertise that truly sets him apart.It’s clear when working with him that his expertise and background as both a residential appraiser and attorney directly contributes to his market knowledge and negotiation skills. He conducted an in-depth analysis of comparable properties, helping us understand the realistic value of our home. The strategic pricing recommendations were spot-on, and his negotiations led to an above market value sales price of our home. On the flip side of that, during the process of purchasing our new home, he was able to save us $22,400 by negotiating the sellers down from the list price. That was entertaining and appreciated.The attention to detail was exceptional. Whether it be his staging advice, highlighting key points in the transaction, or just his overall commitment to getting our home sold quickly and helping us in finding the new one we wanted. I do want to mention that his communication was honest and went above and beyond, as he kept us informed at every stage, providing timely updates and promptly addressing any concerns.Aaron’s just a great guy, and I 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a Realtor who provides a true advantage when buying or selling their home.

Aaron has been my appraiser for refinancing and my realtor. He has always gone above and beyond to give me the most accurate and honest information. He helped us find and explore all financing options until we found the best lender for us. He is diligent, hard working and his knowledge base as an attorney, appraiser and agent was invaluable to us making the right decision. I would highly recommend Aaron!
