I highly recommend 1835 Ranch Realty Group. We spontaneously decided to move 450 miles. I didnt know Tim or what to expect selling two houses and buying one 450 miles away, including moving my dad. Tim made the entire process so calm, easy and enjoyable.He met us at our house, asked what our plans were, gave us recommendations for prepping the house for sell and laid out the entire plan start to finish. Within 2 weeks of putting our house on the market, we had an offer. Tim put his life on hold, obtained his license where we were looking to buy and went with us to look at houses, 450 miles away.Before making the trip, he put together the entire itinerary and scheduled viewings. He listened to every detail of what we needed/wanted and delivered! He only showed us houses that hit the needs and most of the wants. Every house we looked at, Tim inspected. He checked appliances, furnace, AC, foundation. Any potential issue, he made sure to point out.When it came to signing paperwork, Tim was there to discuss and ensure we understood every page we signed.I could gloat about 1835 Ranch Realty Group and Tim for days. He is a great person, truly has your best interest at heart and is communicative. Im happy we had the opportunity to meet and work with Tim.

Tim and Beckie are a pleasure to work with! They make you feel like you are their most important client and work to find exactly what you want. I have worked with them for several years now : buying 2 houses, buying land only, selling home, selling land, which I received the same excellent service with each transaction.They also have excellent contacts with multiple lenders to find the one that is best for your needs. They walk you through every step of the process, so you are comfortable.I highly recommend using them for all of your real estate needs.

Tim and Rebecca are the Best! We were 1st time home buyers who did not know anything about purchasing a home. I found Tim through my work discount site. Calling him was the best decision we ever made. He connected us to the right people to navigate financing and, once we went through the pre-approval process, he set us up with homes to look at. We did not find a previously loved home, so Rebecca took us to a new build that was going up in the area we were looking to buy. She helped us negotiate with the builders and we were able to buy our forever home. We are so blessed to know the Owens.

I worked with Tim in late 2018 to sell my house and it was an excellent experience! Wed already moved cross country, and our house needed some work to get it up-to-date and ready to sell. Tim handled it wonderfully, and for a smaller percentage than your run-of-the-mill real estate agent. When it was ready to list, it looked so good, I wanted to move back! The house quickly sold and Id recommend Tim in a heartbeat for anyone not looking for just another real estate agent looking to make a quick buck. Him and Rebecca really gave the house some TLC, managed everything, and kept in constant communication with us throughout the whole process.

I bought 10.5 acres in Liberty, TexasOff of Hwy 160I was very impressed with Tim and his team helping my family and me with all kinds of questions I had. Buying was the way it’s supposed to be “A Happy and memorable experience “. Me not really buying property before I had a lot of Questions and they was answered in a timely mater , very friendly and in a way I could understand. I would definitely buy from 1835 Ranch Realty Group again no doubt at all.They also was able to find and sell to a really great group of neighbors that makes our community feel like a home.
