I am a firm believer that everything happens for a reason and I know 100% that Desiree was meant to be my realtor! She was easy to work with and scheduled a consultation with me to discuss any questions I had prior to house hunting. She connected me with the correct people to start the pre-qualification process and the next thing I know I was under contract! It was such a seamless process and she was there every step of the way. She was always available to respond to my bizillion questions. She advocated for me when the builder tried to bypass some things from the inspection report and made sure it was taken care of before my closing date. My wife and I were first time home buyers and Desiree was a great and patient real estate agent. She provided great guidance for us throughout the whole process and was always available to answer our many questions. We had a very complicated loan process, and Desiree was incredibly patient and diligent through the whole process.
