Ive worked with Peach and Cynthia several times through the years, buying and selling properties, and its always been an excellent experience. They are honest, extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. I moved from Austin a few years ago and since then have also stayed in their vacation rentals. Some of the best rentals Ive ever stayed in with so many thoughtful touches. You cant go wrong using these guys.

We were selling a house that three different sets of our family had lived in, including it being my parents’ last home. The house needed some repairs and upgrades. Having worked with Peach when we bought our home a couple of decades ago, I called him and asked if he could advise us whether the best option was to sell as is or fix it up and then sell. He advised the latter and also recommended a contractor who regularly works with him.From that point forward we felt like we were part of a team with a common interest; that is marketing a good product and getting a fair price.Getting a contractor through Peach solved our biggest worry about fixing up the house. The contractor, was dependable, innovative, found savings and kept us up to date.Through Peach we met Jamie, both of whom were always available. They complement each other’s skills very well. Additionally they have a team of people ready to quickly take on any necessary task.We would definitely work with them again.Daryl

We have rented from Peach and Cynthia many times over the years and have always been very happy! We have stayed in several different properties, and all have been above and beyond what we had expected. Every detail was considered, and the communication and friendliness from Cynthia has been exceptional. We would never consider staying anywhere else, its always the perfect place for our family!

We have personally used Peach as a realtor, Jay as a helping hand to get a rental tenant and especially Cynthia who was instrumental in the renting of their places for our out of town guests during our daughters wedding weekend.A pleasure to work with, all 5 sets of guests were so pleased with their homes for the long weekends. The Texas hospitality, ease of arrival and check in, response time to the very few issues that arose… from start to finish they made one part of a very busy week so simple.Thank you to the whole family.

We could not have selected a better VRBO. During the process of moving we needed a transition place to call home. Our location was close to everything. Nearby were good restaurants, coffee shops and the wonderful, cooling Barton Springs. The rental had everything!

Lovely rental unit, great relators! Ive had the pleasure of working with Zilker properties in purchasing our house as well as staying in their rental units! They are sooooo nice to work with! Very responsive with a personal touch (run by a local family) ...def feel like they always have YOUR best interests at heart.The units themselves have everything you could need! Great when basic cooking ingredients, tolietries, and laundry supplies r included in ur stays so you dont have to worry about purchasing them! They also offer great information about Austin.Highly recommend!

We rented a beautiful duplex from Peach and Cynthia for over 2 years right behind Barton Springs and had an amazing experience!! I dont know how I would have been able to rent my place out as consistently as I do without the support of Jay and his team. Cant say enough good things about our experience buying a home with Jay Reynolds at Zilker Properties. Jay is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, joyful, and supportive. I am a first time home buyer and Jay was always available to walk me through the process, and answer any questions I had. Jamie helped me with my new build purchase from start to finish and I cannot say enough great things about my experience with her. She was always on top of everything, making sure I was getting the best experience with the builder. She even helped me with the design of my home when I felt stuck or lost! I am not good with confrontation, so whenever the builder needed to be pressured or told something that I could not say, she would step in and handle it. She truly has the best personality, work ethic, and heart. By the time I closed, I was a big fan of Jamie and would HIGHLY recommend working with her! You will not be disappointed!
