We just completed the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. The process of selling and buying is a daunting endeavor. Our decision to use Zest Realty was our smartest decision. During this time, she reassured us that finding the perfect house takes time and that she would not let us purchase a home that was not right for us. She was true to her word. I worked with Linda for my first house with no experience or much knowledge about buying a house last year. I can’t express enough how awesome it is to work with her.As a first time home buyer, I wasn’t sure what I want from a house. But with Linda guidance and patience, we looked into a lot of houses and helped me figured out what kind of house I really want. In this crazy market with so many houses got sold right after it got posted, I was getting rejected couple times and about to gave up and thought that maybe at the time was not the right time. But Linda encouraged me and always there for me which bring me to find my right house!When putting an offer, as a first time home buyer and couple rejections on my back, I was getting scared and thought that I should put more than what fair market value was, but Linda doesn’t want me to get pressured by market and paid more than what the FMV was. She made sure that what we offered are close to FMV and still competitive with other offers and in the end I was able to get my house with no additional payment for the appraisal!Closing and all of that new house stuff can be pretty overwhelmed, but Linda always there giving me explanations and always there for questions.Fast forwarding to this year, Linda still there if I had a questions about house stuff. She also helped me to applied for homestead as well as the protest for the real estate which I have mo experience on it whatsoever. It was such a relief to have her guidance and her back for all of this homeowner responsibilities!Overall, I had such a blast to work with Linda on my first house adventure and definitely will work with her again if opportunity arises! I do not leave reviews often but Linda Zimmerhanzel is that amazing that I had to come a write a review. She was our realtor for the sale of our old home and purchasing our new home. We have dealt with a few other realtors in the past with our previous homes, and truly none compare to her. I must admit that I did not understand the need for a realtor as with our past purchases it seemed we really did all the work other than writing the offer. However Linda is amazing and showed us the difference a great realtor can make. In this market picking the right realtor is almost more important than picking a home. She is extremely knowledgeable, hard working and clever. She also has a wonderful network of trustworthy contractors and engineers who we used to fix up our home, everyone she recommend did a excellent job and spoke so highly of her, she was clearly not someone they wanted to disappoint. We truly got lucky finding her, and now recommend her to everyone in the market.
