I greatly appreciate Dave’s willingness to educate and help us feel comfortable as we toured many houses over our search for our first home purchase. David Maisch is the most knowledgeable and experienced broker/realtor in MHO. I recommend him without any reservation.We have been in our new home for a week and I am compelled to share my experience with Zero Dollar Listing, LLC. David Maisch assisted us 10 yrs ago in the sale and purchase of a home. I am so glad I called him this time. David and his son came and took photos of our home, evaluated the home, and made recommendations on the listing. In a short time the listing went live. The calls came pouring in. The first available time slot on the scheduled filled. The viewing went well and an offer above asking price was received.During the process he was by our side as we reviewed documents and signed documents. He attended the meetings, and walked through our inspection of new home. He didn’t miss one detail that I needed to hear or see. His communications are straight forward and can be trusted. Oh and by the way he saved us a 3% commission.

This is my second time using David Maisch as my realtor. This time we hired him to help find us a home for my 90 year old Mom and my sister, who is her full-time caregiver. We presented Dave with many obstacles - we were dealing with them being 2 hours away in another city and I was local. My sister had very specific needs to be able to care for my mother. Dave and I looked at many houses, but he went out of his way to find us a NEW build, in our price range, with all the amenities that my sister required! He accommodated us in SO MANY ways and made the closing so seamless and easy. I will ONLY use David for any of my realtor needs. HE is truly the BEST realtor I have ever worked with and there have been several.

My wife and I are so glad we had Zero Dollar (and broker, David) working with us on the sale of our house in Wylie. He took initiative at every step and never delayed communication with us. The only thing we do wish is that we had known about Zero Dollar the last time we went through the ordeal of buying/selling a house. There is no doubt he David would have saved us some of the pain we experienced with that last real estate agent, who ended up not being too great.

David Maisch was fantastic. I was selling my house in Dallas Texas and living in PA. I was referred to him by my niece and he was a god send. I wanted to sell it as is cash only buyer pays all closing. Anyone looking to sell there house cannot go wrong hiring David. He was on top of everything and got it done. Very pleased. Thank you David. I highly recommend and would not hesitate calling him in the future if ever his services were needed again.
