Although I had the best intentions of keeping my home, I realized the repairs and cost of general upkeep were just too much for me to handle. By sheer coincidence, I was at a red light directly behind Doug Watts, and I jotted down his contact information from the back of his truck.I contacted him and we started working together. He was easy to trust, well-connected, and held my hand through the entire process.As for my home, it was in a less-than desirable state. No carpet, yet no new flooring; the interior painting in various stages of completion; the backyard and garage were in bad shape.Doug assured me that he would take care of everything, help me get out from underneath the weight of repairs and costs I couldnt afford, and within two weeks of working together, I received compensation for my home. My mother-in-law needed to sell her home in order to downsize into a planned community. As she was the original owner with 45+ years worth of stuff in the house that she didnt need or the family didnt want, Doug stepped in to purchase the house as is--what we didnt want we could just leave. Be it in the attic, garage or under a sink, we just left it. He gave us a solid price, let us leave the stuff, and we didnt have to clean the carpet or patch a single nail hole in a wall--does it get any better or easier when selling a house--NO. When I called Doug, that was the first time I met him--he proved himself to be worthy of 5 stars. Call Doug for a stress free move.
