    I needed a second chance and you gave it to my family. I have been renting from them since 2013. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. They have always tried to work with me regarding rent and fixing anything at the property. All the ladies in the office have been nice and professional to me. A special thank you to (?). I dont want to use her name. She helped my family so much with getting the rent relief funds. Thank you guys.

    Ok folks, maybe you rented the wrong house. Obviously once you LOOK at the home, it is to your discretion to take it or leave it. That simple. Unless, you are that desperate to move because someone else has evicted you????I rented from Mr. York a few years back and I did NOT have any problems with that office staff as well as him. Everything that I needed was done promptly. So, I cannot bash them for any reason. Matter of fact, looking to rent from him in the future!!Thanks Mr. York!!See ya soon mate!

    I rented from Mr. York in 1992 hes is good man I live on Ave A when I needed something fix. In my house it was done right now am hoping I can rent from him soon never was one day late on rent paid on time I think that the people that dont like paying rent going to always say bad things just pray and ask God to help up grow up
