Im a real estate investor and worked with Brad Hughes of XC Realty to purchase several investment properties in the DFW area and find good tenants for those properties. I cant speak highly enough of my experience dealing with Brad. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the DFW real estate market. I always felt like he really had my best interests in mind and was always willing to put the extra time and effort to find the properties that best met my requirements. Brad also understands construction business and helped identify and even fix potential issues.
