Chris was a wealth of knowledge from day 1. We entrusted him with the sale of our home as well as purchase of of a new home. Chris knew the ins & outs of the market to support us as both buyers & sellers. His market evaluations were clear & understandable, which he translated to actual values to help us make informed decisions every step of the way. When it came time to sell our home, his photographer was top notch & the listing was professionally presented & resulted in a quick sale.Chris is eager to helps his clients. He was a always available for phone calls & follow ups; he was ready to research questions he couldn’t immediately answer. We could not be more pleased with the exceptional representation of Chris & his team as both buyer & seller. He is a genuine person of integrity who went above & beyond at every opportunity. Chris and his team provided a textbook experience in the selling of our house. While some of the scenarios we encountered were certainly outside of the norm, Chris and team were highly effective in staying in constant communication providing the relevant updates we needed to stay informed at every turn. The insight, knowledge and professionalism on display from Chris and his group the entire time provided us with confidence and comfort in a domain that can sometimes turn stressful should the right people not be leading the way.
