We had the pleasure of working with Dustin for close to a year, only because I was picky in regards to the options in the area we requested. Dustin made things effortless for us, kept a positive attitude and a wonderful sense of humor. He made the long drive multiple times with a smile on his face to show us anything and everything we requested. Once we found our dream location and home, he almost literally jumped through hoops to make it fast, easy and the most enjoyable experience we have had buying a home. This is our third home purchase and by far the best purchasing experience. We enjoyed the experience so much that we have invited Dustin and his sweet family to the house warming party. We came into this looking to buy our forever home, we very much achieved that, but we also gained a friend in the process!! Molly Volek is fantastic to work with.Shes highly organized, and very budget conscious.Shes been thru the home buying process so she understands the highs and lows of buying. That being said, shes well prepared in terms of what the next step is. I think because of her agriculture background shed be fantastic to help purchase land from (which is definitely our plan for the next home).Shes very much a people person, which makes it so much easier to connect and have someone understand our home buying goals.

Jeanette is:Honest -- Reliable -- Super Professional -- Very Competent -- ReliableJeanette is fantastic! I am so glad I got connected with her. I am an out of state investor and rely on agents, and property managers a lot. Most agents do not answer the phone, and if you finally get a hold of them and they determine that there may not be anything in it for them then they quickly get off of the phone. Jeanette is not like that at all. She answers her phone, and has this wonderful calm attitude of how can I help. She is extremely knowledgeable, and confident, but lacks the big ego! She spent a lot of time on the phone trying to help me analyze a commercial multifamily complex. She then offered to drive out to the property and get a good look at it for me. She did so that same day and by morning of the next day I had a full detailed report of what she found and her honest opinion as to whether it was a good, safe investment. I have never had that level of service, and an agent or property manager do this. Jeanette provided a ton of value. Jeanettes experience and honest opinion saved me from making a $1.8 million dollar mistake, and ultimately much more than that. After working with Jeanette, I really wanted this property even more, because I knew it would be extremely well managed.Finally, Jeanette has a wonderful way of making you feel like you are friends, and that she wants what is best for you.
