We were given a recommendation for Monica back in early 2020 as we were relocating from Dubai to Texas.Right from our initial phone chats regarding our move and requirements weve received nothing less than an amazing service from Monica. We had a week-long trip to Fort Worth in February and were shown a fantastic variety of homes based on our needs, fully ready to find our perfect place in June. Then Covid hit and our plans got pushed back. Throughout this time our contact with Monica was maintained to a very high standard, she kept us up to date with market trends and the general situation in Texas.Once our move was back on track she has provided an excellent service so we could hit the ground running when we arrived in FW. We are just about to close on our new home and literally could not have done anything without the help, advice, guidance and friendship Monica has given us. I had to buy a house ASAP, called several people and Monica was the only one who responded to my urgency. She said lets do it today! In 4 hours I was looking at the houses I liked, in 6 hours Monica had the offer to them and accepted that next day! I have worked with a few realtors, here is what makes Monica different: she listened to what I wanted, made the offer I wanted to make (did not try to change my mind), her attention to detail and sense of urgency are top 1%, she is on top of things and proactive, even though super busy. I spoke with Jennifer and then met with her at my home. She spent hours answering my questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Jennifer made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other realtors dont (but should), like give me staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more.When I saw my listing I was literally blown away! Off the charts service!! Monica went above and beyond helping me sell my 2/2 home in Fort Worth. I live in Wisconsin and was dreading the process...but she guided me every step of the way and provided constant communication from 1,000 miles away.She provided me comparables with no pressure and no charge. Months later when I decided to sell, she gladly coordinated showings with my tenant, arranged for surveys, inspections, gave me a reference for a quality roofer. She was patient with me when I messed up the electronic documents, offered good counsel when an issue came up during inspection.My home was under contract in under a week, and listing to close took less than one month. She even coordinated with the buyers title company to arrange a notary to come to my office in Milwaukee to sign the closing paperwork.Thank you Wofford Realty for making home selling a smooth experience! -

Fast forward to May 2018, she put together a 3 hour tour of 8 homes to look at leasing for our impending move from CA. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! We came across Wofford Realty when we found a house we needed to see ASAP. We called the office number and Monica herself answered the phone. The first thing that impressed me was that we needed to be pre-approved in order to see the home. This isn’t always a requirement however, it could be the make it or break it criteria in having your offer selected. She provided a list of quality lenders, we selected Guild Mortgage (another amazing experience!) and we were pre-approved and seeing the home in less than 24 hours. That home didn’t turn out to be “the one” and she kept on trucking with us as we viewed and critiqued house after house. Finally, when we found the absolute perfect home, she had us in to see it and offer made same day! Ultimately our offer was accepted and she guided us through the whole process step by step until move in. Needless to say, we had her list our home for sale. 42 appointment viewings, 35 open house viewings and 10 outstanding offers in 4 days!
