Will is an amazing realtor! He recently helped my mother sell her home, as she was moving out of state. Will understood that her three kids would also be involved with every step. Will kept everyone updated with every step. He was willing to come sit down with us to discuss things and a few zooms as well. I would definitely recommend Will for any real estate services. We valued his insight and his suggestions.

This is my first-time purchasing a home, and Will has been nothing but pure class and super professional.The Austin real estate market is saturated in real estate agents so I didnt know who to trust to guide me in finding my dream house. Luckily, my friend referred me to Will and that was pretty much the best referral Ive been given since I moved to Austin.Will is an ACE in the Austin market. He knows his stats, facts and is very warm and knowledgeable in all things with the Austin real estate. I knew I could rely on him completely when he responded to all of my 7 emails/texts within 10 minutes of me sending them!And it does help that hes really funny and made the whole buying process very smooth.I highly recommend Will Mackintosh for all of your real estate needs. Will is a great realtor to work with. Im a first generation immigrant and it was my first time buying a house and all the knowledge I had was from reading the Internet websites, but Will guided me at every step of the process and made it feel all easy and confident. He was very quick to set-up house tours and equally quick in drawing the offer and quite skilled in negotiating with the sellers agent about the items in the inspection report. I didnt feel lost at any point in the process and I would highly recommend him like all these other 5 star reviewers have done!

It was a pleasure having Will as our realtor. My suite mates and I had very busy schedules and there were only a few times that we could meet up. Despite that, Will was very flexible and was able to help show us around the different apartments that fit our criteria. He was very friendly, upfront, and accommodating to our needs. In the end, we found the perfect apartment, and overall the entire experience was very enjoyable thanks to Will.

We recently relocated to the Austin area from San Diego and we contacted Will Mackintosh in March of 2014. We worked with Will and loved every minute. Will compiled numerous properties based on our criteria sent them to us for review and comment several weeks prior to our planned visit to Austin in April, We were scheduled to look at houses from Monday through Thursday since we were going back home on Friday. Will met us at our hotel and was very well-prepared. He had copies of all of the listings in which we were interested, all accompanied by maps of the routes we would be following and comments on the areas surrounding the properties. We spent three days looking at approximately 20 properties and, on the 3rd day, we made an offer on a house we had seen on Monday. Will has tremendous negotiating skills and our offer was accepted within two hours after the initial contract was presented. Because we had to leave town on Friday, Will was able to arrange a home inspection on Thursday and we left Austin and headed west excited that we had purchased a beautiful home which met all of our criteria - thanks in large part to Will. Our closing date was scheduled in August and Will kept in constant touch with us. I would HIGHLY recommend, and have recommended, Will to anyone who is going to sell or buy a home in the Austin and surrounding areas.

This past year, I was able to live in what I believe was one of the nicest possible houses in West Campus. Just far enough from all of the noise, and plenty of parking. Will did a great job finding the place. Interestingly enough, the new place my roommates and I were looking into signing happened to be shown by Will. When showing us the new place, he was just as professional and courteous as the first time I met him. He was once again very knowledgeable about the home which he was showing, making the tour of the house very helpful, which for my group and I made it safer to sign and lease the home.I would recommend Will to anyone looking to rent/sell their home, as well as whomever is in the market searching for the latter.

He listens to what youre searching for and comes up with a concise list of the best options for you to consider. Working with him makes apartment hunting very time efficient and enjoyable! I was looking for an apartment around the West Campus are and we were able to find one that was in the area and still offered a nice and quiet environment. Will knows what hes doing and hell have you set up in no time.

Good guy. Will made our house hunt simple and (almost entirely) pain free (I was too slow to close on a house -- entirely my own fault! Advice: if you fall in love with a place, MOVE ON IT!). Anyway, Will was easy to work with. He met up with my roommates and me when he said he would and was committed to finding us a good place. My favorite thing about Will was his straightforwardness. Heres what I mean: My roommates and I approached Will about a certain listing on Craigslist (it may or may not have been one of his listings, I cant remember). Immediately, Will recognized the listing, which showed his knowledge of the marketplace, and gave it to us straight that the place at that listing was a complete mess and not worth our very limited time. Thats the kind of thing I want when Im on a time crunch (what engineering student isnt?) and Im searching for a house! Thanks Will!

Will Mackintosh just sold my rental property for me. I had a duplex with both units occupied and I had no idea how selling it would work. Will was great! He came in and explained everything to me and handled all the pictures and showings, etc., without my having to be a go between with the tenants. He worked with the tenants himself to find convenient times for pictures, showings, etc., and kept us all informed. The property sold after a week on the market and everything went smoothly. He was a pleasure to work with and I couldn’t be happier!

Will really made the process of buying a house easy. Before we found him we had been looking online with little luck. He listened to what we were looking for and looked at a few of the houses we had liked online and a few days later he had several good houses to show us. He met with us on two consecutive Saturdays and really gave us a lot of time out of his day. I think the best part about Will is that hes a straight shooter. When a place was overpirced for what it was hed let us know. When he could tell we didnt like a place he wouldnt push us on it either. In the end we found a perfect four bedroom house in Hyde Park, and couldnt be happier.Thanks again Will!!

It was really great working with Will! He was very responsive and easy to talk to. I never felt pressured and was able to naturally come to the decision that was best for me. When dealing with something like real estate, where it matters so much and you know so little, its important that you have somebody on your side that’s experienced and trustworthy.
