Current tenants and our stay has been good. Maintenance orders are tended to when needed. Convenient to pay rent online. Pay your rent on time and have good communication and I don’t think anyone would have issues. All these other reviews we haven’t experienced that from anyone at the office. Excellent people to rent from!

We have lived in a home we rent from this family for over 2 years. Everyone is kind, empathetic, professional and mostly prompt. I appreciate Randy and his promptness to our work orders. Just recently, I received an email to pick up Easter baskets free of charge and wreaths from their office. This prompted me to make this review. I have 10 years in property management and haven’t even done this for my renters. We really appreciate you guys!

We have been clients for almost 5 years and have enjoyed the tenant/landlord relationship.They are quick to address a problem when I call and the turn around to get it fixed it in a very timely manner. Not only have they done A/C repair and plumbing repair but they have replaced appliances that have gone out such as the stove and the dishwasher. However, it doesnt stop there!!! They have also come and removed squirrels out of the attic!I would highly recommend Buddy and his crew if any one is looking to lease a property! They make the leasing experience an easy and affordable one!

I have been a tenant of Buddys for 5 years and I feel more like family with them than I do with half of my blood family. I have never lived in a place (house/apt) where I could; call, text, or email my landlord and just tell them, Hey, my fridge is out and my foods going to go bad and them care. Buddy however...the same day I told him he replaced it and saved my food.Buddy and his, has restored my faith in people. There still are people out there that care and will be there when you need them.Buddy, Thank you for all the memories you homes have given me.I know weve spoken about this but so everyone understands.If I wasnt buying a house for myself, thanks to a talk I had with Buddy, I would still be living in one of his houses. I will continue sending people your way because family (blood or not) is right here with this company.Tracy Mckee

I have been a client with Buddy White and Associates for almost 4 years and I couldn’t be happier. I love the experience of having the privacy at home. If anything breaks they come fix it the same day. My a/c went out and they came out and replaced everything and my home is so much cooler for summer. Anything I need they take care of. I’m more than satisfied with the service. Highly recommend 😁

I would recommend White and Associates to anyone who is looking to rent a home. I am a first time renter and I am glad that I chose them. I can say that any questions or concerns that I have had they have been there to make sure that I have a great leasing experience. Special thanks to Veronica the front office assistant for always following up on any of my concerns.
