Kay Fowler is one of a kind! Her passion for real estate is incredible, and it shows in everything she does. Shes very knowledgeable and can explain the trickiest parts of buying a home in a way thats easy to understand. But what really sets Kay apart is how much she cares. She listens closely and really gets what youre looking for in a home. Shes kind and supportive, and you just feel comfortable around her. She made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. If you need someone who can help you find what you need, look no further than Kay. Shes a problem-solver with a positive attitude, and shell be there for you every step of the way. We cant recommend her enough!

Career changes can bring on many emotions. My wife and I moved to the Rio Grande Valley to embark on a new Career. Our property had been on the market for 10 months with little traffic with another company. Maureen Gass had managed rental property for many years, after consulting her for advice, I listed both properties with Dee Patrick. With in a month we sold both properties. Barbara and I can now begin our new chapter in life. You never know where or when two angels with show up or from where, but WestMark provided two ladies that I would put right up there. In a time where we only hear about problems or concerns, I would like to buck the trend and tell you how much we appreciate these two ladies.
