We had an atypical home selling/buying experience. Our initial buyer had several setbacks with their financing which resulted in multiple different closing dates that spanned 2 months. They ultimately ended up falling through and we went under contract with a new buyer. It was a stressful, difficult, and long process. But I can honestly say we wouldnt have been able to sustain it if not for the loving support, wise counsel and responsiveness of Michael. He went to bat for us on multiple occasions. He had difficult conversations on our behalf when things werent being communicated with us in a timely manner. He negotiated with our buyers and sellers. He encouraged us when we were weary from the long process. We felt heard, cared for and that we not only had an awesome realtor but an amazing friend. Over the course of 3 months being under contract (for sure atypical) we had many difficult decisions to make and we were so fortunate to have Michael to bounce different scenarios off of, to educate us on the pros and cons of each choice, and unwavering support regardless of what we ultimately chose. While were anticipating living in this house for a very long time, we almost wish we were buying another house soon just so we can work with Michael again! We are so happy he was part of our house buying/selling journey! Michael has the most extensive network of quality Lubbock businesses!
