If you ever see one of West and Swope Ranches for sale signs, you will notice they are of far higher quality than other realty firms. The same goes for their brochures and photographs. Its clear that making a strong first impression is important to them. After meeting with their team, youll realize their pursuit of excellence isnt just surface level either. In my case, I had the pleasure of working with Mason and Kirk. From beginning to end, they were professional, punctual, easy to get a hold of, and knowledgeable of the real estate market. They were quick to offer smart suggestions as well as listen to any requests that I had. I never once had any complaints. Despite listing my ranch during a lull in the market, we ended up receiving an offer at our asking price. Mason and Kirk more than earned their commission given the effort they put in. If I were looking to buy or sell another ranch in Texas I would not go with anyone other than West and Swope Ranches.

I found Kirk Moody by pure chance when I called him after I passed a for sale sign he had just outside Castroville. The intent of my call that day was simply to get a feel of market prices since I was considering putting our ranch on the market. After our first phone call and meeting, I decided to hire Kirk and West and Swope Ranches to handle the sale of our ranch. From the start, Kirk was very diligent, informative, positive, and professional in all aspects of the process. He consistently communicated with me during the entire process. His infectious enthusiasm was very much needed during the slow times we experienced during the heat of summer. Louie Swope did a fantastic job for us as well. His experience and calm demeanor were exactly what I needed as well during this important time. And on top of all that, these two young men are simply great people. The support staff at West and Swope were fantastic as well. Taylor and Christina were so helpful and knowledgeable, especially the information and creativity that they brought to the table. The video and photographs that the West and Swope team created to market the ranch were exceptional. My family and I could not be any happier with this entire experience and cannot wait to work with them in the near future. Thank you West and Swope.

Our experience with Michael McNamara at West & Swope Ranches could not have gone any smoother! Before working with them, our property had been on the market for over a year with little to no interest. We listed with Michael, netted a full price offer, and sold before the listing even hit the market! Michael was professional, precise and very helpful, answering any and all questions we had. The whole experience was accomplished so much quicker than we had expected and Michael made everything so easy for us. West & Swope handled the sale of our family ranch. We were extremely happy with every facet of the transaction in which they were involved. Both Mason Trull and Louie Swope were knowledgeable and professional in all their dealings on our behalf. They were responsive to our needs and concerns and respectful of our privacy.The W&S team did an excellent job dealing with the somewhat complex market situation for our property. They identified a large number of prospective buyers and converted many of those into legitimate letters of intent. Once the property went into contract, they remained fully engaged in seeing it through to closing. As with any real estate transaction, there were a few bumps along the way. The W&S team helped us work our way through these; in several cases, they were able to direct us to other resources and experts to assist our decision making.We could not be more pleased with West & Swope and would not hesitate to use them in the future. We highly recommend them to other prospective sellers and buyers.

I’ve only bought one house before ever working with Christina (our agent) & West and Swope, but we felt looked after throughout the entire process. We were very, very satisfied. Our realtor was honest and her judgement in what she saw with us as we searched for homes was the guidance we needed. She is so friendly. It helped us feel at ease. Christina always made herself available to answer questions and address concerns we may have had. One of the great aspects of dealing with Christina & West and Swope too is how proactive she/they were. Compared with another realtor I worked with before, I felt Christina & West and Swope really wanted us to find our dream purchase. They seemed just as much invested in our happiness as we were. I will absolutely be working with them in the future if we can get into the market for some land. We enjoyed working with them very, very much and would highly recommend them to people in the market for real estate.

Kirk Moody contacted me by telephone and correspondence to inquire as to whether I was interested in selling my rural property, which I was. Because of his sincere, respectful, professional demeanor in those initial encounters, which was borne out when we met for a visit at the property, I listed it with West-Swope. Kirk immediately undertook to gather information, engage a photographer, prepare a brochure, suggest ways to improve the property’s appearance, and even helped with some tasks to accomplish that. He was very prompt at getting everything ready for immediate posting of the listing. Kirk’s suggestions and observations were practical and helpful. A buyer quite soon came forward, and Kirk was unfailingly attentive to the buyer and me, accomplishing sale and closing without delay or difficulty. This was accomplished much faster and easier than I had expected, and I am grateful for his help and considerate attention.

The whole team at West & Swope Ranches are an amazing group to have working for you ... thats exactly what they do ... work hard for you. I ended up working with Kirk Moody, whom I was told was new to the team. I would not have figured that. I can be a picky, time consuming customer and I put that good man, Kirk to task. He was incredibly patient, responsive and early on got a good idea of my vision. It took months for me to finally find the property I ended up with. I couldnt be more pleased with my outcome. Thanks again yall for helping me find a little piece of heaven here in Texas

I had a Ranch in San Antonio Area just south of Boerne. Was for sale for about five years with several different realters. West and Swope were very professional and aggresive in selling my ranch. Great service, came by my home several time to go over the paperwork. They really listend to what I wanted, and went above and beyond what my expectios were. The key to my wonderful experience was they listened. And performed accordingly.
