My husband and I had to move into assisted living due to health concerns. It was my responsibility to empty the contents of our house of thirty years and sell it. I had no idea how to sell a house. I called Britt McGee and she met me at the house the next day and we talked about what I needed to do. She made me feel so safe and cared about as I entered this uncharted territory. She was so patient to answer all my questions. I was amazed at all she did to help me. She helped find people to do touch up and repair before the home went on the market. Then after the inspection was done and things needed to be fixed, she helped take care of that, too. She was always available. Britt made me feel like she was there 24/7. I was so happy to have her as my real estate agent. She walked me through the process step by step always by my side. There are not enough positive adjectives to express what a great job she did for us. I highly recommend her.

My husband and I and another couple decided to go in to buy a property together in College Station since our kids are going to attend Texas A&M this fall. We were put in contact with a realtor, Britt McGee, initially. Britt was so helpful in sending over houses for us to look at that were listed and meeting our specifications. She was very responsive and so professional. We decided on 2 houses that we wanted to come look at in person that following Friday after getting in touch with her. Unfortunately, Britt was going to be out of town, but agreed to get us set up with another realtor to tour the houses with. This realtor was Kristin Wilson. We were so lucky to have 2 great realtors to work with in getting the perfect house. Kristin was so gracious and patient with the 4 of us - she was originally only supposed to show us 2 houses that were planned for that day, but took extra time out of her busy schedule to take us around to other places to ensure we had plenty of options to choose from - all fitting our specific needs. Once we decided on the perfect house, Kristin was busy getting everything set up to make the whole process go smoothly. She was always available to answer questions and very responsive anytime we contacted her. Although we were really looking forward to working with Britt, we are so happy she got us set up with Kristin since she was going to be out of town that day. Britt was very kind to reach out later to congratulate us on finding a home and check in on everything. My wife and I were looking for a place in CS because our oldest son is about to be a freshman at A&M. We wanted a place that we could come hangout on game weekends and other events to see the boys. We had no idea where to start! We got hooked up with Britt through a mutual friend and she was amazing from the start!! She took our search parameters and started sending us properties right away. We found one we liked but it had an open house on a Sunday and we couldn’t make it from Houston that day. Britt and her very cute toddler daughter went to the open house for us and videoed the entire place for us. We ended up putting an offer in 2 days later with Britt’s guidance and we got the house! Some would think your experience with a realtor would end there, but Britt continued to go above and beyond. She helped us source local contractors to make improvements on the townhouse and even served as our go between when we couldn’t make it to College Station to see the contractors work. Britt is an amazing realtor and I would recommend her to anyone!!

We had a contract in three days and closed in 2 weeks. She’s great at what she does, makes us feel like her only client, and is genuinely someone we hope to work with for years to come.
