Why cant I give 6 stars?Im posting this from my new home 3 weeks from the offer date. Coming out of the holiday season, I knew I wanted to get out of my old home and into my new one as quickly as possible. Eric sold my house in 7 days (!!), allowing the contingent purchase of my new home to proceed quickly and easily. He also negotiated a 3-week lease-back that made the move so much more manageable. In summary, I called Eric on December 10th to begin looking at houses. About two weeks later we had an offer in on my new home and by January 17th, with holidays jammed in between, I was sitting in my new house with my old house sold, and a lease-back to kill the stress of a quick turnaround. Don’t blink if you hire Eric, you’ll miss the whole thing!Eric is extremely professional but laid back and stress-free. On our first day touring houses, Eric asked me what I wanted from him as a realtor - did I want him to take the lead in finding houses to tour, just stick to process/documentation, or anything else. I let him know that I just wanted him to help me with the actual process and that I would lead the charge on house hunting, as I knew what/where I wanted to buy. Never once did he step on my toes, but more importantly, never once did he fail to promptly and professionally take care of the remainder of the job. He coordinated with the lender, seller, and title companies so I could stick to the enjoyable part - picking out my new home!Hell pick up the phone or call you back quickly and answer any question you have. Feels good to know I have a realtor for life that I can trust. Eric take the wheel!

As a roofing and general contractor, I have the opportunity to work with a bunch of great realtors. Even so among that group there are some who’s heart comes through in how they serve their clients. Hayden Hall is among the best I have had the pleasure to work beside. You really can’t go wrong with this young man. Excited to see his future success, and hopefully you can be a part of that!
