Tony and Samantha live their work and made the home-buying process as seamless as possible. They were patient as I explored multiple neighborhoods and finally settled on a beautiful home in the location of my dreams. Negotiating is Tony’s strong suit and I purchased the home for well below the asking price. When questions arose after the sale, Tony ensured the sellers were advised of the problem and they resolved it immediately.Tony sold my previous home during a tumultuous period in 2020 and I was insulated from the stress of the home showing process during an out of state move. I recommend Volt to everyone.

We met Tony when we were college graduates. We were newly weds at the time, trying to get a new home along with navigating our careers. Fast forward to now, he has helped us navigate the interesting markets we are currently in. We recently sold our condo with Tony. Some of the challenges we faced were that of having a lot of competition in the neighborhood. The market had also started to slow down along with steady high interest rates. All this was out of our control. Tony always remained optimistic and positive throughout the entire process. We feel like he has become apart of the family. We recently purchased our dream property that he helped us find after looking at so many. Every single acreage we looked at was in the countryside and it was an adventure every time. With owning his own brokerage, to a young beautiful family he was always readily available to help us navigate this real estate world and was always willing to do as many opens house events and brainstorming meetups as we needed. His team has also been exceptional in keeping us informed along with providing details through this entire process. We are already brainstorming on our next project together. Tony is the consummate professional while being the only authentic real estate agent Ive ever worked with. We worked with Tony on our first house, we just worked with him on our second, and we will be working with him on our rental. I anticipate we will be doing a lot of business together over the years.While other agents have an interest in the sale, Tony and his team align their interests with yours over the long term. That means that they want to make 100% sure that youre SO satisfied with the first house you bought from him, you keep going back for more. Tony is also just a genuinely good guy, anyone who interacts with him gets that impression and therefore when negotiations are underway, things tend to go his way most of the time just because of who he is.Work with Tony, youll end up enjoying the home buying process. Highly recommend Volt Realty! Really enjoyed working with Tony during my house hunting journey. As a first time home buyer, he was a great resource to teach me about the process and answer any questions without making me feel like I was wasting his time or dumb for asking. Tony took the time to get to know my needs, guide me in the right direction and make sure that we kept looking until I was fully satisfied – even ensuring me that changing my mind at any point was perfectly okay and there was no pressure to make decisions. I also really appreciated his experience and honesty about the properties we were viewing, housing market, and all the processes/parties involved. It’s really important to trust you realtor when making such a big investment, and Tony fit the bill. Not to mention how accommodating he was answering texts/calls, setting up house visits, referring me to local contractors, and helping dig up information related to the house I purchased long after our deal was closed. We were out-of-town buyers and from the first phone call he understood what we were looking for and started making moves to get us our dream house.There were multiple times where he went above and beyond to take care of us:-He would do virtual showings of homes with high quality video on very short notice-He went to our home multiple times to check on things while we were under contract-He set us up with his contractor network for future projects and inspections prior to move in-He was always INCREDIBLY communicative and responsive via text/phone/email during the buying process which really eased the stress level of such a big decisionThroughout the process he was willing to do everything in his power to get us into a home that we were happy with. His experience renovating multiple properties as well as his years in the business were invaluable when we were considering homes and potential renovations/their ROI.
