I loved working with Vivian! She is very knowledgeable, super professional but also makes you feel like family! She was very patient with my super picky taste and ultra high standards for our new family home. It took us almost two years to find the perfect home, through having a new baby, through COVID and through the crazy housing market she was there with a smile. Vivian was amazing in helping us throughout our first home buying experience! We reached out to her with very little knowledge of the home buying process, she was there with us every step of the way. She made the process so much easier by answering every question we had, to getting us in contact with our lender, she was terrific in negotiating our contract, she was always honest with us and gave us straightforward easy to understand answers and above all her patience with us was incredible! She showed us multiple houses at all different times of the day and we never felt pressured in doing anything we werent comfortable with. She was great in always keeping in constant communication with us throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Vivian I cant stress enough how much she made our home buying process become a reality for us! I promise you will not regret having Vivian in your corner.
