Julie is a dedicated realtor. She is very easy to communicate with. She always replies me quickly. I purchased a condo in a hot area which gets multiple offers all the time. Julie never pushed me to offer high price so she can be done. I finally purchased a condo with her clever offer strategy. She then quickly leased the unit out in December, the slowest month for rental. I am very pleased with her work. After closing, she continues to help me with issues related to the unit.
