A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!!!!!!!! When you come back to the same restaurant, it means that restaurant is good. But when you come back to the same real estate agent, it means he is excellent. I have put my trust on Vince not once but twice, in order to find and close my 2 investment properties. In the society where real estate agents are just as much as sand on the beach; finding a good, responsible and professional ones is just as rare as flower on cactus.When you decided to put your hard work money down for a home, of course you will be picky or particular or even ridiculous at points. All you wanted is to find your dream homes and to find an agent to understand that, to patiently work with your “pain in the b”, it is not easy. I have to admit I’m a headache, a handful kind of a customers, and both times, Vince did not disappoint me. He patiently explained to me the pros and cons; quickly found the best deal to beat other offers but still ensure my benefit. He fought for every single dollar of me to make sure the deal I got will be best i could ask for. Unlike other agent who just wanted to close the deal and take the money, he would willingly advice me to back out on unworthy ones. He not only helped me with finding my homes, but also helping me to find good loan officers, and gave me great advices post-purchased.If a picky person as I am believe he is a great one, I don’t see why you have to keep searching for a better one. He’s a really great real estate agent. if you can’t speak English that well and prefer Vietnamese, him and his team can help you with that.
