Hands down the best experience I have ever had in real estate! My wife and I had a small child but wanted to see many different listings. Do you know this remarkable agent(now broker, congrats!) took us to 8 different listings in one day! She told us in the morning that we should probably pack lunch. She proceeded to show up with a cooler full of snacks, even snacks for our baby! After we purchased our home with her we realized that we werent her only client. She had several other clients and still showed us that level of attention!!!On top of that she gave us critical advice about homes that we liked. One in particular we were going to put an offer on but she was cautious of it and wanted to review items in sellers disclosure before putting an offer in. It had serious flood history! She could have made more money if we purchased that or a couple other homes but she did what was best for us!Here we are 6 years later in the same beautiful home that has had 0 major repairs and we have refinanced!You cannot go wrong working with Vera!!!

From the very beginning with the initial inquiry, it was obvious how knowledgeable Vera is about the market and selling homes. She had all the resources we needed such as power washing and inspections- and got it down in a prompt manner, no time wasted! It was my first time selling so all my questions were answered and never did I feel like I was out of the loop with what was going on. She responded to my texts, calls and emails immediately and when it came to closing, she had everything ready in order so the meeting when smoothly. Whether if you’re buying, renting, or selling- you can fully trust Vera and her team. We couldn’t recommend her enough!

We had an amazing experience with Vera.It was our first home and we were looking for a house in Sellers Market Times. Vera was extremely patient showing us home after home, explaining what to do to actually win one. We managed to find a right home and won a bid, again thanks to Vera and her deep knowledge on pointing out what the seller was looking for to make sure we win.We also managed to close the deal in 17 days and successfully became homeowners. Vera was very attentive and explained all contract details and all the little things we did not know about and had to sign at closing.I would highly recommend working with Vera and especially if you are looking for a right house and not just a piece of real-estate.

I met Vera in 2018. I was going through a divorce and decided to put my house up for sale. It was on the market on a Thursday and contract by Saturday. (I attribute the speediness to Vera’s amazing marketing, photography and expertise.) Here’s the best part…with contract in hand, I decided not to sell. I wasn’t ready to part with the house…and Vera, the amazing soul she is, understood me completely! She didn’t pressure me at all. Fast forward two years, she was the first person I called when I did decide to finally sell. Vera was a part of every step during the sale of my house and the purchase of my new house. That’s what I love about her…she cares! Vera makes time for her clients and frankly, I don’t know how she does it! She’s just amazing!

By far the best realtor around. The level of detail and compassion we experienced from the start until finding a house was unmatched. Vera was very open to all our wishlist items and made sure that we did not settle for anything less than what we wanted. She took her time and walked us through each property provide details that were key to us such as whether it was in a flood zone, had flooded, the surrounding area etc. But beyond that I will never forget how kind she was to us. We at the time was expecting our second child and our son was still a toddler. She brought along a cooler with all kinds of goodies and drinks so that we could see every house on our list. She is dedicated to her work and her clients and I still reach out to her just to ask general questions, which she answer with delight. We have recommended her to our friends and they have had a superb experience with VAM as well. I’ve found my realtor for life!
