Michelle Varela was the most accommodating and enthusiastic realtor I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. She genuinely cared about finding my family of four our dream home that matched our lifestyle. If she hadn’t done such a diligent job we would probably still be on the search. If we ever move (which I highly doubt after this great find!) I would definitely use her services again and highly recommend!

I would like to give Ms. Michelle Varela my full set of stars. From the moment I met her, I felt she had a passion for her job and skill for finding specifics.I had spent a good 6 months residing at an extended stay lodge after a move from Miami, and attempted to tackle the task of apt hunting on my own, to no avail, due to my lack of expertise in knowing what to look for.So I expressed the specifics of wanting a place close to work, good in price, peaceful and graced with beautiful nature around me, with my first fireplace and amenities, being close enough to major roads and transit options. Michelle set out researching my options so that she landed on the perfect option, and a great deal. I found myself dismissing the need to explore several other places, because Id already found what felt like was home to me.Im grateful for having the good fortune of having met Michelle. Michelle carries a kind and inviting vibe about her that eases the experience of meeting new people and instantly crosses the experience over from stranger-youre-meeting-for-the-first-time to friend, effortlessly.She has always checked what vibed with me best, and she worked around my difficult 2nd shift full time work schedule to help me get everything I needed situated. She guided me through my first apartment lease, step by step, apt conditions report, and helped me interpret all the jargon. Her energy was kid-like enthusiastic, which was very compatible with my own and is inspiring. She offered many apartment options in accordance with my budget, helped me find best apartment imaginable in a short amount of time and assisted me throughout the whole leasing and move-in process. 10/10 recommend Varela Properties!!

Michelle is my Rockstar. I went to her with a thought that I may want to buy a place maybe next year because I didnt think its possible ...but two months later I am moving into my new place. She also went above and beyond her call of duty and found a tenant to rent my place since I was breaking my lease and it was proving to be a difficult situation. She is a GREAT Realtor!

Tim exceeded my expectations from the very beginning. I told him what I was looking for in a house and he picked up on my house style immediately. He made us comfortable throughout the entire process. We live out of state so we only had a short period of time to find our perfect house and Tim worked many late nights to ensure we had enough places to look at while we were there. The house we ended up with couldn’t be more perfect!! We couldn’t have pulled this off without him.
