My husband and I were first time home buyers. We were referred to USVA Realty through family members, and we couldn’t have asked for anything more from Guy! Saying that he went above and beyond to help us get into our home is actually an understatement. I can’t express how thankful that we are for Guy. In addition to being so caring, he is very knowledgeable and was always available for us when we had questions or concerns. Guy Stonecipher, owner and principal broker/Realtor, for USVA Realty is the most knowledgeable, most caring, and best negotiator I have worked with in the State of Texas. This is high praise, considering I have been in the mortgage business for 18 years and worked with agents throughout the nation; primarily Texas. I have a lot of experience with different Realtors and they can make or break a transaction. Believe it or not, choosing a Realtor is one of the most important decisions when purchasing a home. Guy is a pro in negotiating to get you the best possible deal; which in this market environment is vital. Guy is awesome!!! He took the time and listened to what we wanted in a home. He showed us many homes, answered our questions honestly, and helped us find our dream home. Guy Stonecipher did a good job of showing me what was available in the range of prices and situations I was looking for. We were all over the area from Orange county to Jefferson. Though his business is based in VA loans I found myself with a little better situation with a conventional mortgage with a local CU and he didnt blink. I highly recommend this gentleman to help in your real estate search. I will gladly answer questions anyone has.

Hello my name is Anthony Peake. I am a recent home buyer. Buying a home is obviously one of the biggest investments youll make in your life and it can be a bit un-nerving at times. It is after all a huge decision and committment. Well would you like to feel that you were working with a realtor who was actually on your side and out for you and your families best interest; A man who is a friend to veterans; A man who will be brutally honest; A becon in the darkness of home buying.....?
