Patrick was an incredible realtor from start to finish. He was attentive to our needs, really listened to the likes and dislikes we had for homes and stayed consistently within our price range. He sent us so many options before we scheduled viewings so that he had a good idea of where to take us and what we were interested in. Patrick responded to all emails, phone calls, and text messages in a timely manner and made us feel like we were his main focus during our time working with him. Together, we found the perfect home that checked most, if not all, boxes in what were looking for. If I could rate him higher, I would, as he exceeded our expectations in helping us become first time homeowners.

Patrick helped us buy our home in 2017. He was very communicative, always answering or returning our calls immediately. He not only worked to get us the best possible deal on our home, he also put us in touch with a mortgage lender and a homeowners insurance company. He was with us for every step of the process. When a family member was selling their home, I referred Patrick and he helped with the sale of their home as well. Patrick is professional and personable and we’d work with him again in a heartbeat.

He is not only knowledgeable as a realtor but also in renovation which has been a great help to us. He is quick to respond, shows up to offer a helping hand, and has been a calming force in many a stressful situation. There is no other realtor for us, we trust him completely.

With his culmination of experience in real estate sales, investment and rentals he really views the market with an lense that most arent gifted to have. I definitely recommend him for your real estate needs. He helped us sell our home and make a 30k profit and then turned around and helped us purchase a home and was able to help get the price reduced dramatically!Dude is a beast!

Patrick was great! Very patient with us throughout the whole process and very knowledgeable. I did not feel pressured into making a decision and he worked as an advocate for us throughout the whole process.
