There are many real estate agents to choose from, so how do you know Joanna may be the right fit for you? Joanna went ABOVE & BEYOND in supporting me through the transaction - she leveraged her network of contacts to ensure I was matched w/ the best lender who understood my unique circumstances. She worked closely with those individuals to help interpret financial information, make the case and negotiate on my behalf. If it werent for Joannas experience, wisdom, moxie and attention to detail, I likely wouldnt be in the beautiful home Im in today. Additionally, post close Joanna was a wealth of information, providing her general contracting expertise, subs, and all out construction knowledge to help me define a roadmap for how to make the house into a home for me and my family. Yet again, she was an INVALUABLE resource. When Joanna says she is going to do something, she does it and then some. Ive not worked with a realtor who is more detail oriented, focused on client outcomes, highly communicative, empathic, and a strong intellectual sage when it comes to all things real estate. Dont settle for someone who does real estate on the side or who is just focused on the transaction. Joanna is the best. We met through a mutual friend. She helped my daughter to rent a few times. I wouldn’t buy a condo if I didn’t know Joanna.She was the main reason we decided to purchase a condo.She did not disappoint. She helped us through the whole process. We did find and purchase a gorgeous condo.She also helped us renovating it. She is a great agent but her vast knowledge of everything about building, renovating and planning is surprisingly outstanding.Joanna has connections to all the contractors.We had the best connections and materials to be used.Can not thank enough to Joanna going above and beyond her duties.I recommend her strongly. She is an amazing person.

Joanna is an amazing real estate agent who will go the extra mile for you. Long story short, we were with another agent trying to sell our old house and buy a new one. Our house had been on the market over 30 days and things were looking bleak. After switching to Joanna, she was able to sell our home in 3 days. She’s THAT GOOD.Being a native to Austin, Joanna knows EVERYTHING, which she will use to your advantage. She knows about neighborhoods, schools, hot markets, fair pricing, contractors and handymen. If you use her wealth of knowledge and trust in her process, she won’t steer you wrong.Joanna is super smart, super savvy and easy to work with. Joanna Jennings is simply amazing. She helped guide me through updating my house so I could sell it last spring. She was there every step of the way as we navigated selling a house in the middle of a pandemic. She then helped me find a great location to build my new house. She helped all the way through the build process, ensuring things were done correctly and that I was getting what I was paying for. I was not one of the high-end clients. Joanna, gives the same level of incredible service to each client, whether theyre buying a $200k or a $2 million dollar home.
